Corrugation heaters are heating elements with ridged surfaces, designed for efficient heat transfer and uniform heating of corrugated materials in applications such as packaging and manufacturing processes.
Kalka Engineers pioneered the launch of hi-tech tubular heaters for the Corrugation industry in the country. It is used to heat the rolls of the corrugation machine which in turn flute on the paper. These are specific models of heaters for different machine models. The heating element is easily replaceable and available in various dimensions and sizes. Our product ranges is fabricated using magnesium oxide and have technologically advanced features and assure quality as well as superior performance. The heater includes a curved metal plate where channels are drilled through end faces of the plate slots are provided at the end faces of the plate to interconnect pairs of adjacent channels at alternate ends to form a serpentine steam passage through the plate. These can also withstand high temperature owing to the use of superior grade raw material in their production. This Product is highly appreciated by the clients for its durability, corrosion resistant, reliability and long service life.
