About Kalka Corrugation Heaters
Kalka Engineers manufactures tubular heaters for the corrugation industry, designed to heat the rolls of corrugation machines that flute paper. These heaters are built for specific machine models, with heating elements that are replaceable and available in various dimensions and sizes.
The heater includes a curved metal plate with drilled channels; channels are interconnected at alternate ends to form a serpentine steam passage through the plate. Constructed using magnesium oxide (MgO) insulation and stainless steel components.
Kalka Engineers pioneered the launch of hi-tech tubular heaters for the Corrugation industry in the country. It is used to heat the rolls of the corrugation machine which in turn flute on the paper. These are specific models of heaters for different machine models. The heating element is easily replaceable and available in various dimensions and sizes. Our product ranges is fabricated using magnesium oxide and have technologically advanced features and assure quality as well as superior performance. The heater includes a curved metal plate where channels are drilled through end faces of the plate slots are provided at the end faces of the plate to interconnect pairs of adjacent channels at alternate ends to form a serpentine steam passage through the plate. These can also withstand high temperature owing to the use of superior grade raw material in their production.
